Effective date: March 8, 2026. By using Rephalo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1) Service

Rephalo provides tools to help local businesses draft and manage responses to online reviews. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before publishing them.

2) Account responsibilities

  • Keep account credentials secure.
  • Provide accurate billing and profile information.
  • Do not use the service for unlawful or abusive activity.

3) Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscription renewals, cancellations, and payment methods are handled in Stripe billing portal per your plan settings.

4) Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, including features and pricing, with reasonable notice when possible.

5) Liability

Rephalo is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to amounts paid in the prior 12 months.
