Effective date: March 8, 2026. Rephalo helps local businesses draft responses to customer reviews. This page explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.

1) Data we collect

  • Account data (email and authentication identifiers via Supabase).
  • Business profile data (restaurant settings you enter in the app).
  • Review and response content used to power your dashboard workflow.
  • Billing metadata from Stripe (status, period dates, subscription identifiers).
  • Operational telemetry (error logs and limited analytics events).

2) How we use data

  • Provide app functionality (auth, review inbox, AI reply generation, billing access).
  • Improve reliability, security, and performance.
  • Investigate abuse, fraud, and service incidents.

3) Third-party processors

Rephalo uses Supabase (database/auth), Stripe (billing), OpenAI (AI generation), Upstash (rate limiting), and Sentry (error monitoring). Each provider processes data based on their own terms and policies.

4) Data retention

We retain account and app data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account data by contacting support.
